Your raw DNA file → a readable report.
A real run on an entirely synthetic sample. No upload or sign-in.
One command.
One local report.
Read an export from AncestryDNA, 23andMe, MyHeritage, FTDNA, LivingDNA, or a VCF.
This demo uses 20,342 synthetic sites generated with the repository’s example script. No personal DNA file was used.
$ gnomancer demo_AncestryDNA.txt \ --out demo_report --no-y --no-mt \ --no-clinvar --no-pharmcat ✓ AncestryDNA · build 37 · 20,342 SNPs ✓ Quality metrics ✓ Runs of homozygosity ✓ Marker panel Report: demo_report/REPORT.html

Follow the evidence.
Start with an at-a-glance digest, then explore the marker panel, quality checks, methods, and limits.
The report beside this text is the actual output from the synthetic run. Open it to search markers or try light/dark mode.

say about caffeine?
See the gene, rsID, genotype, and the panel’s interpretation together.
This synthetic sample carries CA at rs762551. The panel reads it as intermediate. One marker is a limited association, not a prediction of how a person will feel.

Ask about a result.
Keep the source local.
Connect the MCP server, then ask your agent a question about the report.
With a cloud model, the derived results it reads go to that provider. Use a local model to keep that conversation local too.
$ claude mcp add gnomancer -- \
uvx gnomancer serveActual lookup("rs762551") output for this sample:
{ "gene": "CYP1A2", "genotype": "CA",
"interpretation": "intermediate" }Tool output is real. The example question is illustrative; no model conversation is simulated.
This is illustrative synthetic data, not medical advice. Haplogroup callers, ClinVar, and PharmCAT were skipped in this lightweight run. The sample uses artificial genomic positions and is unsuitable for validating those analyses.
